1. Registration form

1.1. On the current registration form there is only the following fields outstanding

1.1.1. Vehicle type

1.1.2. Vehicle reg. no

1.1.3. Opt in option for marketing mail and new products.

1.1.4. Opt in for event detail marketing mail.

2. Event Calendar

2.1. Clients have fishing events that they want to show their users and web site visitors

2.2. Client must be able to upload events, similar to the Dam uploads, just with event date and time to be added .

2.3. When uploaded, a mail must be send to all registered users that opted in to get event info.

2.4. Event Calendar must be on home page.

3. On Home page

3.1. The following will be on the home page as well.

3.1.1. Directly under slider

3.1.1.1. The Event Calendar

3.1.1.1.1. Showing the name of the event on the date of calendar

3.1.1.1.2. If someone click on it , it takes them to an event detail screen about that specific event

3.1.1.1.3. They must be able to make booking for event trough dam booking form from event screen.

3.1.1.1.4. The booking options, just showing which venues are available, once you choose venue, it take you to Dam to make booking.

4. Basic concepts

5. Add-ons to the basic concept

5.1. booking form

5.1.1. There are several Dams where fisherman can go fishing

5.1.1.1. they should be able to book at specific dam online.

5.1.2. There is only certain amount of people allowed, so the booking will have a count per dam, and every booking will deduct one count, to show how many spaces is still available.

5.2. Registration for booking of specific dam

5.2.1. The client will have to register to make us of the online store or bookings

5.2.2. This info will also be used to make booking, the above website concept form is almost correct, one will just add 4 spaces for more info required.

5.2.3. Each Dam page layout will be a map, showing following features :

5.2.3.1. where dam is

5.2.3.2. 4- 6 photos running in slider

5.2.3.3. a calendar showing available spaces per date

5.2.3.4. the name of people already booked for a specify day in the calendar so other can see who is going

5.2.3.5. the booking form underneath.

6. Basic Idea of Admin panel for user to be able to do own updates

6.1. 1. Shop

6.1.1. Client must be able to upload all stock info himself

6.1.2. there must be stock counter, to show how much of each item is left for user to control online store

6.1.3. Users that opt in for marketing mail on new products, should get mail with all new products loaded in previous 24 hours, so not for each product, but list of new products.

6.2. 2. Booking system

6.2.1. Client must be able to upload new Venues with all the info need like:

6.2.1.2. Gps coordinates to show where it is on google maps that will show on page

6.2.1.4. Info about Dam

6.2.1.5. Amount of people that can be at the dam

6.2.1.7. Add price per Non fishing adult

6.2.1.8. Add price per Fishing adult

6.2.1.9. Add price per Child 12 and under

6.2.2. On booking form, Registered users should be able to complete the following

6.2.2.1. Choose available date form calendar

6.2.2.2. Choose time

6.2.2.3. Choose how many Non fishing adults

6.2.2.4. Choose how many fishing adult

6.2.2.5. Choose how many children 12 and under

6.2.2.6. invite current registered user

6.2.2.6.1. Client must have option to invite current registered user to join him

6.2.2.6.2. List of name on drop down or search option

6.2.2.6.3. can list unlimited amount of invites

6.2.2.6.4. Invite will just send mail to current registered user with the words” (Come join me “Name of Inviter” at “ name of dam “ on “ date and time” for fishing. )

6.2.2.6.5. On the mail must be link to booking form for inviter to navigate directly to form and book.

6.2.2.7. When all options have been made, The total price should be show Button to submit, should then take you to form showing all detail, as well as some detail from registration form.

6.2.2.8. Client should be able to edit info if incorrect.

6.2.2.9. Click should be able to click on read and agree to Code of conduct before proceeding. When every thing is confirmed to be correct – proceed to payment and mail booking info and Code of Conduct to purchaser when payment is done.
