You are at a party and It seems like everybody but you drinking. Someone offers you a drink, but you are underaged. You know you have to drive home after this. What do you tell them? by Mind Map: You are at a party and It seems like everybody but you drinking. Someone offers you a drink, but you are underaged. You know you have to drive home after this. What do you tell them?

1. option 1. You could tell them "I'm sorry but I don't drink" and refuse polietly Option 2. You could accept the drink and tell them "I'll just have one" and tell yourself you wont drink anymore, but still want to try it Option 3. You could accept the drink, and come back for more

1.1. Option 1. Cons: By refusing the drink, you will feel like you dont fit in with everyone else at the party Pros: You will be able to safely drive home and you will feel good knowing that you did not do anything illegal -by choosing option 1, you keep yourself safe by not risking drunk driving and DUI Option 2. Pros: you will feel more inplace with your peers because you have a drink too and you will fell more free knowing that you can do what you want Cons: You may not be able to resist another drink which could lead to intoxication. You will also feel like you broke the rules -by choosing option 2, you are purposly doing something illegal that could lead to further bad habits Option 3. Pros: you will get a sense of what it feels like to drink. You will be cool and fit in with the rest of your friends. Cons: You will most probably accept another drink which could lead to drinking habits, bad decisions, drunk driving, uncontrolled behavior and is breaking the law. -by choosing option 3, you are choosing to be uncontrollable, hungover, and choosing to break the law. You could be arrested and if you drive home, you will most probably harm your car, yourself or someone else.

1.1.1. I value honesty, respect and integrety. Even if it means sacfrifcing my chances of being 'cool' I am still willing to make the right decision. Option one would be the best option because I would not break the law, and would remain sober enough to drive home safely. OPtion one guarentees that I do not harm other people due to the fact that I am intoxicated. respecting people and items is an important value to demonstrate.

1.1.1.1. I have decided that I will not accept the drink offered to me. I will politely refuse and walk away. If people tell me that 'everyone else is drinking' I will not give in. If this happens repeatedly, I will just leave the party because I know that it is not an environment that I feel safe and comfortable in.

1.1.1.1.1. My decision worked out well because: -I was able to see who I could rely on to understand my decision of not drinking -I was able to make good decisions all night - I was able to remmeber the things that happened at the party -I have a clear concious knowing that I did the right thing -I drove home safely and respected my car and the pestrians If I had to do this over, I would not only decline the dring but try not to attend a party where bed practices were going on
