2. Often times, Pinterest may give you a "starting point" when you are stuck and do not know how to introduce a topic

3. Some teachers use Pinterest to search for lesson plan ideas, common core, bulletin board concepts, hands on projects, topics they may struggle teaching, etc.

4. If someone posts ideas you are interested in, you can "follow them." This will allow you to see other ideas they have posted.

6. If you see a topic that a friend might be interested in, you can send it to them. I have had many friends send me links to lessons I was currently teaching.

9. You can "link" your Pinterest account to other social media accounts such as Facebook or Twitter. This will allow people connected to these accounts to follow you or see ideas you are posting.
