3.1. my invention would be a small package with an m9, canteen,mre, and water. they need to be able to be shipped out to countries in the war zone and give the deffenceless a fighting chance

4. how to make it

4.1. get people to collect materials needed for the pack/canteen

4.2. use military or rec. planes to fly the packs over and drop it in the place needed

5. maybe even men (military or not) brave enough to take it to captured men and or free who ever needs the assistance of the pack

6. why they need to be stopped
