1.1. Get together, talk with your friends and parents

1.2. Cut yourself some slack, when something bad happens don't stress much over it

1.3. Create a hassle-free zone, make a zone for yourself that is stress and anxiety free

1.4. Stick to the program, during a time of major stress, map out a routine and stick to it

1.5. Take care of yourself, mentally, physically and spiritually

1.6. Take control, move toward goals and take actions

1.7. Express yourself, talk to someone or write down what your feeling in a journal

1.8. Help somebody, volunteering in the community or helping around your home

1.9. Put things in perspective, think about the important things that have stayed the same and put everything into place

1.10. Turn it off, stay informed with things but doing stress over the little things to make it worse

1.11. Teens may be resilient in school when they have better mental health on school and less stress

1.12. Teens can be resilient by having a positive attitude about things and doing good with themselves

2. If Tom was resilient he would handle it by thinking its okay and he can make up the class somehow and get it figure it out. If he is not resilient in the situation, he would think negatively about the situation and just give up as soon as he failed the class.
