5.1. Being Resilient- Wyatt, missed his block during a game and got really upset because his Quarterback got sacked. But he thought to himself "I'll get him next play".

5.2. Not Being Resilient- Ryan got his ACT test results back and he did way worse then he thought he did, and said " I don't need this I'm gonna just work at the brewery the rest of my life"
