2.1. Make your room or house a stress free zone, you don't need to hermit and keep everyone away, just keep in mind that your parents and siblings have troubles of their own, and they might want to spend more time than usual with you.

3. Stick to a routine

3.1. When you are at any school, you may have lots of stress because of different choices you make. Remember that you should keep a routine even for doing the things that give you comfort.

4. Personal Care

4.1. There will be times that you have to be alert and on top of things it can be stressful. Make sure you are mentality, physically, and spiritually grounded. Don't forget to get sleep, remember what they do to zombies in this world?

5. Take Control

5.1. We feel out of control when some tragedy occurs. But even small goals like getting out of bed or going to school can help. Completing those small goals makes you gain control back!

7.1. If you watch the news, magazines, or the worlds problems, take a break from it. This way you can keep your peace of mind. Along your life you will have stress, learning how to overcome it is a journey itself. You will learn things overtime and gain skill on how to defeat your fears. One day being resilient will help you have "got bounce"

8.1. Talk with your friends, your parents, or anyone you feel comfortable with, to discuss your opinion.

9. Go easy on yourself

9.1. When something bad or unexpected happens realize that your body is physically and emotionally changing and that you are not alone in the situation.

10. Helping Someone

10.1. If you want to get away from your problems, you could volunteer to help clean your community. You also could help a friend with homework, these things will help you take your mind off your problems.

11. Perspective

11.1. What is stressing you out now, even if it is what you did that everyone is talking about, things change and bad times end. If you feel that being happy is impossible, think of when you overcame stress, took on your fears. Think about what you still have and appreciate the good in your life.
