1. Inventory Divison

1.1. Project Manager: Darren

1.1.1. Responsible For: -Processing orders. -Checking inventory. -Monitoring out of stock items. -Train new hires on Toolbox, and Appeagle.

1.2.1. Will be trained to process orders, checking inventory, and monitoring OOS items when Darren is not available

2. Listing Division

2.1. Project Manager: Louvina

2.1.1. Responsible For: -Quality control (checking each found item for accuracy, ex: color, model number, size, accurate set. -Update re-pricing software (trained by Darren). -Entering tracking numbers. -Train new hires on finding new product.

2.2. Listing Staff:

2.2.1. -Darren -Zia (You two will soon be replaced by Louvina's assistant, who she will train to list and find items. The entire Listing Staff will be managed by Louvina.)

3. Customer Service Division

3.1. Project Manager: Zia

3.1.1. Responsible For: -Handling customer e-mails. -Taking care of return requests. -Follow up for refunds, delivery dates, and late shipments. -Calling Walmart for returns for over-sized items. -Updating records for refunds (spreadsheet).

3.2. Assistant Manager: TBA

3.2.1. -Will assist Zia in handling customer service duties. Must be very well written and spoken in English.
