1.1.1. A mass campaign of defiance and other actions of our organizations and people can only culminate in the establishment of democracy.

2. The people of South Africans

2.1. the need to be consulted on who will negotiate and on the contents of such negotiation.

2.1.1. Negotiations cannot take place above the heads or behind the backs of our people.
