3. Why Is It Important?
3.1. Without Enabling ELL Students the same learning outcomes as their peers, we're doing a great disservice to a student, and affecting our overall global education system.

4.2. Use relevant literature that is connective, not isolating.

5.1. Super Intendent/ Principles should provide cultural workshops for staff.
5.2. Teachers should be willing to try non-cannonical texts for ELL
5.3. Parents should get involved in helping ELL flourish.
