2. Previewing allows readers to skim through to get information on what the books is about.
3. Skimming the book to get an overview of information about the book.
4. Taking notes about what's being read helps to understand it keeping notes allows you to be able to review the things that where read.more.
5. Read your notes over and over again to get a clear understanding. Recite what have been read.
6. Compare and contrast read books that you are comfortable with reading this way boredom wont strike. When you read with someone you can compare notes and thoughts about what was read.
7. Previewing helps to know if the book interest you.
