2.5.1. 两名教授或副教授的推荐信 Two letters of recommendation from Professors/Associate Professors
2.6. 拟就读学校的《录取通知书》或邀请函（非必需） *NOT REQUIRED* Letter of Admission from desired school, or Letter of Invitation from potential professor.
2.7. 《外国人体格检查表》复印件 Copy of Health Examination Form

3.1. 1 Major and 3 Universities to wishlist
4. Enrollment and Notification
4.1. China Scholarship Council (CSC) verifies all materials
4.2. CSC delivers files to universities
4.3. CSC encourages contacting preferred universities and professors prior to applying for scholarship
4.3.1. Include letters of invitation/admission from pre-contacted schools if applicable.
4.4. Once enrolled by university and approved by CSC, scholarship will be issued

5.3. Holds a Bachelor's degree
