Difference b/w PLN and CoP

1. Community of practice (CoP): A group of people who share a craft and/or a profession.
2. Personal learning network(PLN): An informal learning network that consists of the people. A learner interacts with and derives knowledge from in a personal learning environment.
3. In a PLN, a person makes a connection with another person with the specific intent that some type of learning will occur because of that connection
4. CoP: The process of sharing information and experiences with the group that the members learn from each other, and have an opportunity to develop themselves personally and professionally
