1. POV - Pretty close up, more focused on Malcolm. Can see face expressions well, only face and torso.

1.1. Shot is focused on Malcolm and so if the whole short film. While the other guys talk, he is struggling on the inside and it shows his inner struggle with him being in the front of the shot.

2. Lighting - Shadow on Malcolm, and lighter in the background and on the other three guys.

2.1. Shadow represents Malcolm's shadowed thoughts and inner struggles with his faith and his trouble with Carmel. Shows that he is hiding a secret. The other guys are not shadowed - shows that they are innocent and oblivious to what is going on.
