1. Purpose

1.1. to foster learner autonomy and collaboration learning among university ss in regular college program

1.2. to intend to examine how learners view weblogging in encouraging autonomous and life-long learning.

1.2.1. seeks to investigate the potential of weblogging as a language learning and teaching tool to help ss to take control of their own learning to become independent learners

2.1. to find out the attitudes of the learners on the utilization of computers and weblogs in language learning

3. Strategy

3.1. the use of weblogs provided new possibilities in ELT and innovative applications on techonlogy encouraging cooperative and SDL among Enlgish language learners

3.2. Writing a blog is left to the individual learner to decide how, what, where and when to publish or comment on posts for interactive learning and meaningful language exchange

4.2. b. Identifying and developing learning strategies to achive those goals;
