1. The demonstrative adjectives are those that show or indicate any person, place or object: This, That, These, Those.

2.1. These (estos, estas)

2.2. Those (aquellos, aquellas)

3. Unlike the Spanish, where the proximity to this is determined, that and the other, in English only two degrees of proximity are used: THIS, to point out what is closer to the subject, and THAT for what it is more away.

4.1. These apples are cheap (Estas manzanas son baratas).

4.2. Those boys are my friends (Aquellos niños son mis amigos).
