1.1. CONDICIONES PARA LA CORRECTA UTILIZACIÓN DE TÍTULOS VALORES EN BLANCO

1.1.1. LA CARTA DE INSTRUCCIONES DEBE DE CONTENER:

1.1.1.1. Clase de titulo valor; Identificación plena del titulo sobre el cual recaen las instrucciones; Elementos generales y particulares del titulo, que no consten en éste, y para el cual se dan las instrucciones; Eventos y circunstancias que facultan al tenedor legítimo para llenar el titulo valor.
