1.1. What is it?
1.2. What's an IP
1.2.1. IP stands for Internet Protocol, it gives you access to the internet through your Internet Service Provider. An IP is your "home address" on the internet.
1.3. What's a Mac Address
1.3.1. MAC Addresses are used on the home/business network side of use. They are the ID that let's routers locate the devices.
1.4. What is an ISP
1.4.1. An ISP is an internet service provider. They provide people with internet!
1.5. What's a DNS Server
1.5.1. DNS Servers are assigned to Routers by ISP's. This is for protection of unassigned router's linking onto other people's internet. If you try to link a new modem to cable, it won't work because the DNS Server won't be assigned.
