Sample must be Representative, meaning it must represent the population as a whole, Random sample, Stratified Sample, subgroups of a population are represented in the sample

3.B The Control group is the group in your experiment that is NOT affected by the independent variable, The Control Group is used as a basis of comparison to measure the change the independent variable had on the experimental group.
