1. 1. Start of Relapse Program
1.1. Show Video of Addiction and the Brain
1.1.1. Go over video with participants
1.2. Do urine test to see if participants are clean/sober
2. 2. Start using worksheets
2.1. Worksheet to be used for this session
2.2. Go over sheets
2.3. Have participants fill out worksheets starting with first one. Do 1 worksheet for each of the 8 weekly sessions
2.3.1. Do assessment of areas for participants to work on individually and as a group.
2.4. Explain what the recovery worksheets and importance of using them to help stay sober
2.5. Do urine test to see if participants are clean/sober
2.5.1. If client's urine is not clean from last session then a private session has to be done to determine additional supports client may need to stay sober/clean.
3. 3. Go over recovery tools
3.1. Have participants connect with which recovery tools would be helpful to them. Do in a group discussion so other participants identify with other members.
3.1.1. Assessment of why the recovery tools would be helpful to the particular participant and as a group.
3.2. Do urine test to see if participants are clean/sober
3.2.1. If client's urine is not clean from last session then a private session has to be done before this session to determine what supports client may need to stay sober/clean.
4. 4. Assessment of recovery tool usage
4.1. After a week of developing their skills using the recovery tools perform an assessment
4.1.1. The assessment will consist of the tools they are using successfully to maintain their sobriety. In addition, the incorporation of other tools into their recovery will be encouraged.
4.2. Do urine test to see if participants are remaining clean/sober.
4.2.1. If client's urine is not clean from last session then a private session has to be done before this session to determine what supports client may need to stay clean/sober.
4.2.1.1. If client's urine is clean go to 2. above.
