1. Read assignments ahead of time.
1.1. Gather all the information about the assignment, and give time to be able to ask questions.
2. Set personal due dates
2.1. Pick a date before the actual due date, incase of changes that need to be made.
3. Be Realistic
3.1. Don't procrastinate to "challenge" yourself. Estimate the amount of time it will take to complete the assignment.
4. Review materials more than once!
5. Make sure to have the tools needed to complete the assignment.
5.1. Make sure to have updated Microsoft Office, set up folders to save documents in, have back up plans incase of computer failure.
6. Set aside specified times to complete the task.
6.1. Set up allotted times throughout the week to sit down and work on the assignment with no distractions.
6.2. Create a specific area to work on the assignment.
7. Ask questions and start discussions to get new ideas, or improve old ones.
7.1. Engage with others about the assignment and start discussions to help get new ideas or help with an existing idea.
