Ways to deal with conflict

1. I you have done something wrong and the person is really angry just think about what you have done and try to talk to that person.
2. If you have done something wrong just try to prevent escalation from your conflict and then after that try to resolve the conflict.
3. Ignore the person and walk away, when you are in a disagreement or a argument.
4. Stand up or stay strong if you are being bullied

5. If someone is yelling at you or angry at you, you could cool down and sit and listen to what they are saying then say what you think.
6. If you have done something wrong and someone is angry you can think about what you have done and apologize to resolve the conflict
