4.1. How will the training or instruction be delivered?

4.2. What is the learning strategy going to look like?

4.3. What the learner outcome looks like?

5. Develope

5.1. A demonstration with either a prototype and or materials.

5.2. Learning strategies and outcomes are made sure they align.
