1.1. Teachers work together to support the child with a team approach

2. Standards for Team Teaching

2.1. Create individual plans with team to support each child

2.2. The rest of the standards are the same as inclusive learners

2.3. Testing annually, scientific approaches to teaching, high-quality educators

3. "Push-In," "Pull-In," or Inclusion Method

3.1. Bring the specialist to the child

3.2. Large group or small groups used to support the children

3.3. Allows the specialist to group children based on skills and the teacher can also help the child fill in gaps

3.4. Students in these programs develop fluency faster than children in exclusion programs

4. Standards for Inclusion Method

4.1. High-quality educators and programming will be provided to all students

4.2. Have children tested annually to review progress

4.3. Use scientific approaches that have been proven to work when teaching ESL students
