3.1. Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery started to build Brighthill Evergreen Home with the donations of the Monasteries followers and He Hui Chong's Family Company in 1980. The donations of 5.3 million allowed Bright Hill Evergreen to open its doors in 1983.

3.2. Originally situated at Bright Hill Road in 1983.

3.3. It then moved to Senja Road in 2009.

3.4. They currently reside at 100 Punggol Field.
