3.1. Hera and Echo were talking, while Zeus was away. Hera believed it was Echo's fault that Zeus was with other women, so Hera punished Echo this way.

4. Narcissus

4.1. Echo was in love with him

4.2. Fell in love with himself.

4.2.1. Commited sucided, because he rather die then be with Echo.

5. Artemis

5.1. Ameinius commited sucide and blamed Narcissus, Artemis punished Narcissus by making him fall in love. This love could never be filled though.
