What is needed from you first-hand

Company Profile

Must be in Japanese. The profile must include a headquarter address and phone numbers. Internet and phone contacts only are not enough. The company profile informs the prospect and helps build trust. Short and sloppy company profiles are bad approach tools.

Objective description sheet

A short letter for intent description. Must be in Japanese.   State clearly : - Introduce your proxy (me) and his role - State what you are looking for - Refer to past or current activities that suggest you are an able and qualify potential vendor or buyers for them. They may not have ever heard about you. Or, on the contrary, they may know you better than you know them.
