1. What

1.1. The future of Human Civilisation in the Anthropocene era and beyond demands a coherent, integrated, planetary response capability. This response capability will be enabled in it's emergence and coherence by the balanced and ethical integration of social, cultural, environmental, and technical systems.

2. Who

2.1. List of parties already engaged:

2.1.1. A.C.C.

2.1.1.1. Note: Collaborative engagement structure among the relatively autonomous contributing parties to the A.C.C. and their ideas and requirements from the product of the collaboration needs to be negotiated.

2.1.2. FW

2.2. List of prospective participants:

2.2.1. CEPTR

2.2.2. Enlightened Structure

2.2.3. Synereo

2.3. Lists of key areas where contacts are needed

2.3.1. Defenders of the greater good:

2.3.1.1. Electronic Frontier Foundation https://www.eff.org/

2.3.2. Developers of keystone technologies:

2.3.3. Visionaries/Luminaries:

2.3.4. Existing parallel proposals:

2.3.4.1. Future ICT http://www.futurict.eu/the-project/proposal

3. Why

3.1. The preferred future for higher intelligent lifeforms on this planet depends on a successfully deployed, accessible, flexibly extensible, participatory paradigm and a supportive platform of interactions.

4. How

4.1. Co-operation and collaboration among a group of suitable core participant individuals and groups will create the required interaction paradigm supportive infrastructure. The initial iteration of the project will allow testing and further development as proof of concept progresses to alpha development and beyond using the agile methodology.

4.1.1. Fundamental Design Considerations: Successful development will enable (list in progress) ...

4.1.1.1. 1. Effective communication across paradigms

4.1.1.2. 2. Unhampered access to the system = cross platform and low tech/slow tech versions

4.1.1.3. 3. Unobtrusive self development scaffolding for participants allowing levels of access to increasingly complex domains

4.1.1.3.1. This area needs building out to explicate structure and methodologies involved in layering and sequencing the passage of players from the open platform/playground (proposed and supported by noomap in its current form), through personal development challenges, into the collective challenge/opportunity and other functional arenas of the Infinite Game itself.

4.1.1.4. 4. Transdiciplinary collaboration facilitation + free access to information = procedural transparency and ad-hoc R&D responses to challenges

4.1.1.5. 5. Support for and interface with integrated, accessible, planetary, professional research and development database.

4.1.1.6. 6. Support for and interface with integrated, accessible, planetary, bio-regional knowledge base.

4.1.1.6.1. These areas needs to be connected with existing initiatives to provide local and specific knowledge holders and databases with a unified platform (if these exist) - or else this unified platform needs to be designed.

4.1.1.7. 7. Support for the fair and equitable distribution of life supporting and participation pre-requisite resources across the whole planetary population.

9. Accessibility

9.1. In order to access anything like a coherent, integrated platform of interactions that would enable humanity to function as a planetary brain/mind, a planet scale collaboration of the "best and brightest" heart/minds will be required.

10. Note: It will be worth building out separate presentations for different world view groups, cognitive on-ramps so to speak.

10.1. Potential technical systems, and personal systems development allies, and user groups will be sourced from various societal strata. Streams of information pertinent to their peculiar needs must be provided in order for them to have a satisfactory experience of engagement and participation with the platform.

11. TTM - IGP

11.1. Some key concepts of Infinite Game:

11.1.1. Technology can be used to reflect higher consciousness which enhances the evolution of human consciousness through interactive engagement. Evolution of consciousness is supported through playful, enjoyable participation.

11.1.2. Using the notion of Quest, and 'initiation' as proof of alignment with truth (veritas) in both development team members, and as a core (yet subtle) aspect of the game architecture. Access to 'levels' of play are aligned with players developing capacity to enjoy and benefit from engagement with them.

11.1.3. Accelerated individual personal development due to 'functional fit' ascertained through the architecture of the play environment and translated into the physical world environment, dissolving the boundary between physical and virtual realities

11.1.4. As players capacities increase, they will be more able to participate in conscious, co-creative ways, and will find their 'functional fit' in the areas of life and productivity that best match their own, identified core purpose. This will be ascertained through participation in the levels of play and with increasingly intentional direction from the players them selves.

11.1.5. Core areas of responsibility for the future of human 'civilisation' (based in the TTM) will be populated and nurtured by those most suited and best able to do the work in resonance with each other and become the embodiment of the soul of the tasks required.

11.2. John Mozenter - IGP concept dev

11.2.1. (Language needs clarifying) Vision: An advanced social engineering platform that enables activists to find each other across the planet to join forces and talents to build a better world. The platform would have a very sophisticated structure that enables these activists by helping individuals and teams with their growth and supplying transparadigmatic, transdisciplinary, and transcultural best practices to support their efforts. It would allow for people to engage at the level they are able to and make the process fun by applying gamification. Measurement of activity and impact will be used to ensure positive progress is being made. Mission: Enable humanity to be free from unjust authority and be empowered to help each other so that they can maximize individually and collectively the highest potential of humanity.

11.3. Neelesh - user + investor view ideas

11.3.1. As an overarching theme, IGP is the ground and space for the human civilization to re-envision, re-invent and re-create itself. For user, IGP will do the following: a. Enable discovery of unique, personal essence (gifts, passions, skills, aptitudes, cosmic destiny) and cultivate oneself towards the highest possibility of potential-harness b. Discover like-minded people from all across the world to play and work with, on matters that span the entire range of activities, pursuits and creative enterprises c. Change the world for the better in the same, never-ending movement of changing oneself. From an investor's / sponsor's lens (if one such exists!), IGP does the following a. Holds the space for every human being to freely choose his/her path to growth, maturity and self-actualization (something which today's educational and social systems cannot really cater to) in an enjoyable, playful manner b. Creates an infrastructure to bring this nourished human potential aided by the power of collaboration (7 billion with each other) to meet the world's challenges and opportunities and play together with them c. Through the two processes above, eventually becomes the crucible for rewriting the generative structures and systems that run our world today (political, economic, social and educational) for better functionality and fitness of purpose, something which is ongoingly co-determined by the participants through information and wisdom.
