1. In the community, the people live equally. The family unit has both parents and two children, a boy and a girl. There are homes, job buildings, and nursing homes. The only thing that the people can get places with is a bicycle that they got when they were a nine.

2. Some of the rules are: Girls have to wear ribbons neatly tied in their hair at all times. You are not allowed to ride or get a bike until age nine. You can't take food from school or anywhere in your community home with you. It's not okay to say anything about anyone unless it is a nice gesture or comment. You have to complete all of the hours given in the volunteer work that you chose to be in. You have to express your feeling to you're family unit.

3. Some of the jobs that you can be assigned to are: Nurturer, engineer, birth-mother, helping the old, business person, department of justice, and more.

4. The ceremony for ones is one of the most important. They are assigned to a family unit and given a name. Three's, only females get ribbons because they start growing hair. Four's receive backwards buttoned jackets, Sevens get front buttoned jackets, Eights get their comfort object taken away, get a jacket with pockets, and start volunteer hours, nines get a bicycle, Tens, the boys get a haircut, elevens, girls get undergarments and boys get longer pants, twelves get their life assignment and start their jobs.
