1. Strengths: Creative,Insightful, Inspiring and Convincing, Decisive, Determined and Passionate,Altruistic, Responsive

1.1. Creative: Creative Artsy Play experiences, Open minded and simple minded at the same time. I love using my hands for anything. I love being random and outgoing with the children especially during imaginary/role-playing experience. Strong sense of compassion.

1.2. Insightful: Very in tune with everyone's feelings and surroundings. connected and I'm able to use that insight to get to the heart of the matter. Wise and trustful.

1.3. Inspiring: Great insightful communication skills. I can be speaking in warmth and passion caring words.

1.4. responsive: to the children's and families needs, always asking if the room leader if they need anything done. Always giving in a hand with everything. In teamwork.

2.1.1.1. Bachelors-To become a teacher eventually

2.2. Run my Own Family Care Business (ONE DAY) Maybe After Bachelors or While Studying.

3. Weaknesses: Sensitive, Extremely Private,Perfectionistic,Always Need to Have a Cause,Can Burn Out Easily

3.1. Sensitive: I guess it's when someone tries to give me tips or if a follow educator corrects me on something, I'd feel bad about it then sulk about it saying stuff like i wish i had done this better. But Being sensitive can be both as a strength and a weakness.

3.2. Extremely Private: Not as open at first, But eventually once I've warmed up into the my surroundings. I'd become more open and maybe too much open in the end. But that always build up a good character. I have a very shy/Quiet character in the beginnining but in the end i never stop getting too involved but i know my limits. I care for everyone's personal privacy.

3.3. Perfectionistic: Probably one of the most stressful thing that can relate to me. I would always have to achieve a certain goal of the day to accomplish something, always having this desire to make all the children and family happy at all times.

3.4. I get tired easily of the day Mind and body.

3.5. Extremely too caring and nice but this is always a good/strength as well but just don't let people take advantage over your kindness.
