3.1. Men's listening technique
3.1.1. minimal eye contact
3.1.2. give silent attention
3.1.3. dismiss problems as non existanct
3.2. Women's listening technique
3.2.1. strong eye contact
3.2.2. see interuption as a way of giving attention to someone speaking to them
3.2.3. ask questions and agree to show they understand; reassure them that they have had similar experiences
