3.1. - Timor-Leste is an island located north of Australia that have 1% access of internet across all of their country

3.2. - In the UAE, there is a wide spread of high speed internet accessibility in the more populated and touristic areas, while there is close to none in the less populated and touristic areas

4. Economical

4.1. - A lot of people just simply cannot afford to buy a smart device as they need to spend their precious savings for that as they need to spend it on clean water and food. Some people don’t even have any money and have no time to think about owning a smart device since they would be hunting for shelter, clean water, and food to put on a table, if they even have one.

4.2. - The country that people with little access to internet may not be able to afford to build the infrastructure required for spreading signals or internet across the country
