1. เช็ดเวลาเรียน attendance

1.1. a.รายงานต่าง ๆ อาทิ ปพ.5 รบ. เป็นต้น / issuing reports b. แสดงเวลาเรียนที่เป็นปัจจุบัน real time attendance c. ระบบติดตามช่วยเหลือเด็ก กรณีขึ้นรถโรงเรียน monitoring student esp for school van / bus / GPS

2. ข้อมูลนักเรียน student data

2.1. a. คะแนนดิบ / ออกเกรด / following up the score/ Grading / report b. ข้อมูลพื้นฐาน การติดต่อ ประวัติ การแพ้ยา แพ้อาหาร basic info / allergy/ food/health c. ระบบห้องสมุด / library system / search and reserve the book from library

3. ข้อมูลผู้ปกครอง parent data

3.1. a. ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของผู้ปกครอง การติดต่อ สิทธิในการมารับนักเรียนหรือคนที่มอบหมาย Parent demographic/who can pick their child (ren) at school b. แจ้งข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ info / news / announcement c. ระบบส่ง SMS / SMS system (Short Messaging Service) d. ระบบนัดหมายพบครู หรือผู้บริหารของโรงเรียน Appointment to meet with teacher / management

4. ข้อมูลครู/พนักงงาน staff data

5. งานหลักสูตร Curriculum ตารางเวลาเรียน timetable

5.1. a. การจัดตารางเวลาเรียน manage timetable for the whole school b. ทำให้รู้ว่าเรียนกับใคร ในเวลาใด ที่ห้องไหน real time schedule, know where and what student/teacher is learning /teaching c. จัดหลักสูตร วิชาให้ครบตามข้อกำหนด และหลักสูตรของโรงเรียน manage the academic / curriculum

6. การรายงานผลการเรียน Grade & Report

6.1. a. การกรอกคะแนนดิบ คะแนนเก็บต่าง ๆ การสอบกลางภาค ปลายภาค key the score/making report card b. การติดตามแบบ real time ทำให้ทราบว่า เด็กคนใด เรียนเป็นอย่างไร จะได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือ สำหรับเด็กที่เรียนอ่อน สอบตก หรือมีคะแนนเสี่ยงต่อการสอบตก monitoring student who are at risk c. การออกสมุดพก report issuance

7. บทเรียนเนื้อหาวิชาการ lessons

7.1. a. การเตรียมแผนการสอน lesson plan maker / submission b. สื่อการเรียนการสอนรายคาบ หรือ รายหน่วยการเรียนรู้ teaching media/ content

8. การบ้าน homework

8.1. a. ระบบแจ้งการบ้านให้ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนทราบ notification to parent about the homework/ b. เนื้อหาที่สอดคล้องกับการบ้าน , วิดิโอ , เนื้อหา provide the solution / guide / content in accordance to the assigned homework c. การบ้านออนไลน์ หรือแบบฝึกต่าง ๆ exercise/ drill online

9. ผู้บริหาร management

9.1. a. ดูคะแนนรวม ดูคะแนนเด็กอ่อน ดูเด็กที่ขาดสายลาป่วย ณ ปัจจุบัน overall of the total / average score of students/ check with the at risk one ( low score/grade) , attendance for the whole school at real time b. เหตุการณ์สำคัญ อุบัติเหตุ ปัญหาพฤติกรรม incident/ accident/ behavior c. ระบบงานห้องพยาบาล / Nurse room service /system d. การประชุม (รายงานการประชุม) ต่างๆ วิชาการ หมวดวิชา ผู้บริหาร minutes of meeting/ academic/ department / management
