1. AGRICULTURAL CROP
1.1. Wild boar eats and trampling on the crops, damage the plant roots and creates holes and rust that can damage farm equipment and endanger operators.
2. FOREST
2.1. Wild boars use saplings and even mature trees of both pines and hardwoods as scratching and scent marking post. The intense rubbing damage bark layers, leaving the tree susceptible to harmful insects and pathogens.
3. SOIL
3.1. Rooting, wallowing, and trampling activities compact soils, which in turn disrupts water infiltration and nutrient cycling.
