10.2. each pupil will undertake a 4 week paid internship over Summer holidays

10.3. each pupil is assigned a mentor from within an affiliated organisation to guide students through the 2 year programme

10.4. increase in employer engagement through Career Ready has led to excellent links with SSE& Aviva

11. Employability and Enterprise

11.2. opportunities for E&E are imbedded in the curriculum and continue to grow due to employer engagement
