1. possible challenges: difficulties in listening when the environment is too noisy (repeat the questions/ allow her to lip read/ control noise level in classroom/ implement the indoor voice rule)/ difficulties in communicating due to delay in language development (create opportunities for her to interact)/ alienated by friends (accommodating to her needs/ explain to her peers her needs and why she is different).
