1.1. Personal: I'm Druze from the north of Israel, from Galilee. The Druze religion is monotheistic and is different from Islam, Judaism and Christianity particularly due to our belief in reincarnation.
1.2. Academic: B.A. Hebrew University of Jerusalem - Philosophy and General Studies
1.3. Academic: M.A. Philosophy - I wrote my thesis about the political philosophy of the Andalusian Arab- Muslim philosopher Avempace (or Ibn Bajja).
1.4. Career: I have been working for the last 15 years in the Voice of Israel, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority, as a radio news show host.

2.1. U Mich: Pursuing my Phd in the Near Eastern Studies department. My proposal to the Phd is about the reception of Aristotle's Rhetoric in the Middle Ages among the Muslim philosophers.
2.2. U Mich: Currently participating in the course Language, Culture and Community in U.S.
2.3. Personal life: Moving from Israel to Ann Arbor.
