3.1. Murder rates in countries with strict gun laws are higher than most other countries

4. Definition

4.1. The detainment of legal weapons in hopes to lower crime and murder rates

4.1.1. I know... it makes absolutely no sense

5. Problems and Flaws

5.1. When the government takes peoples weapons away, all of the criminals with illegal weapons will be able to do anything they want without worrying about anyone trying to defend themselves

5.2. We cant rely on the police to get to a home invasion in time. its rare when someone is killed with a weapon the killer owns legally. we're fighting the wrong battles.

6. Why we need weaponry in the homes

6.1. For home protection from criminals and a tyrannical government (As stated in the constitution.)
