Juvenile offenders

1. people say that it is wrong to try a kid as an adult.

1.1. it is also wrong for that kid to be committing adult crimes like robbing,selling drugs,stealing cars,and plenty of more. (PBS.org)

2. how do courts decide when to try a juvenile as an adult is it a certain offense they have to commit or a certain amount of crimes?

3. Should major crimes committed by juveniles be charged as adult crimes?

4. if your trying major crimes that juveniles commit as adult charges with bigger consequences they will be less likely to commit those crimes.

4.1. this will be cutting down crime rate and also in some cases saving some juviniles from a hard life of crime.
