3.1. High Education Fee

3.1.1.1. Adult literacy rate in Cambodia is 63% which is much less than the South East Asian average of 90%

3.1.2. Families are unable to pay for school fees

3.1.3. Because children are likely not to get an education, they work as a child, leaving them with slim opportunities in the future - this is the beginning of the cycle.
