1. Physical

1.1. For physical wellness its the care of our bodies meaning you have to keep in shape, and eat nutritious food. Physical wellness is a balance of physical activity, nutrition, and being mentally well.

1.2. Daily Physical wellness I do every day is eat nutritious and healthy food. I eat fruit a lot which is very nutritious. I also excises every single day. I either walk my dogs or I take a run or ride my bike.

2. Mental

2.1. Mental Wellness is defined as “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.” This means to don't let obstacles get in your way because you can get rid of your stress and nothing can bring you down.

2.2. Daily mental welness that i do is I get rid of my stress alot becasue i often have stress and I get ride of it by playing with my dogs, getiing rest or eating.

3. Social

3.1. Social Wellness is how we interact together with other people. It can be with family, friends or other relitives.

3.2. Daily social wellness that i do every day is things like having family nights, goes out with frineds
