4.1.2. Most muslim scholars concluded that abortion is unlawful except in some narrow exceptions for example if pregnancy will causes destruction of life and a serious offense against life.

4.1.3. If it is confirmed in the early pregnancy that a foetus will suffers with that syndrome, a number of scholars would say that it is permissible to abort the baby as long as the pregnancy is less than 120 days

4.1.4. Must be advised by a qualified, God-fearing Muslim doctor. It would be better if this is decided by a team of specialists, rather than just the one person.

4.1.5. Every child is gift from Allah so abortion is prohibited in Islam based on Surah Al Insyirah verses 6, Allah already said there is a relief behind a test.

4.2. What should we do in islamic ways if we are in the situation ?

4.2.1. We must work hard to change our life to be a better person.

4.2.2. We must seek for Allah’s forgiveness and do more ibadah.

4.2.3. We must redha in our life after done all the work

5.1. Parents need to concerns and understand about Patau Syndrome

5.2. Check the condition of baby using  Amniocentesis during pregnant

5.3. Get personal advice from the doctor about possibility to get syndrome baby

5.4. Give birth early (below 32 years old)
