Objectives

1. Teachers will demonstrate one of the personalized learning goals in their instruction

1.1. Teachers will teach a lesson that utlizes that personalized learning goal

1.2. Teachers will develop an assessment of the lesson that students will complete

1.3. Teachers will reflect upon the effectiveness of the lesson with their PLC

2. Teachers will demonstrate understanding of the 4C's

2.1. Teachers will classify instructional technology tools under one of the four C's

2.2. Teachers will share the use of the 4C's with their department

2.3. Teachers will develop a lesson utilizing instructional technology that matches one of the 4C's

3. Teachers will apply the use of instructional technology in the classroom

3.1. Teachers will apply at least one tool from the professional development in their teaching

3.2. Teachers will share one new tool they learned with another teacher

3.3. Teachers will work with their PLC to generate a plan to incorporate student focused instructional technology
