1. We will be using accurate lip syncing to match the actual song with the video of the artist singing. sound mixing to enhance the erratic mood of the music video.

2. Fades

2.1. This will be used to link the different scenes whilst maintaining a flow in the music video.

3. Slow motion

3.1. We will use slow motion to enhance an action or movement, such as certain dance moves as it allows the audience to capture more of the moment.

4. Linear editing and non linear editing

4.1. Linear editing is the editing of programmed cuts and linear steps to its conclusion. non linear editing is the editing process that utilizes the computer environment to aid in the editing process. we will be using both in our music video because it will maximize the extent of our music video.

5. Changing the gradient of colour , the contrast, brightness and opacity to make the music video more livelu to emulate a nightclub.

6. The stutter effect can be used in our music video as it is a conventional editing technique in hip hop and RnB as it depicts the flashing of car/street/strobe lights.

7. Many jumpcuts will be used to provide a variety of angles to enagage the audience into the narrative and the dance moves.

8. Filters can be added over the video to emulate a nightclubs lighting.

9. Dolly zooms to reflect the emotion of the artist(s) in the video, for example whilst our artist is on the phone to his partner whom he is having trouble with. Other times we may use a dolly zoom includes: dancing scenes.
