1. Action Points

1.1. Action plans were really important in this assessment, we had to see which planning tools were more useful.

1.2. Planning different ideas and combing our sources was sometimes a weakness for us, because not everyone was committed when they were given a job to complete.

1.3. Action plans and reflection journals were really helpful for me, it was both written and practical work which was something our found easy to work with.

2. Ideas

2.1. Ideas of improvement is making sure that we have all our sources translated into their own language so they feel comfortable knowing that we have too into consideration their needs.

2.2. We came up with a lot of different ideas that we thought would be beneficial for the community. But this also came with a lot planning and decision making.

2.3. We made sure that in areas of this project we were well prepared for the worse, we had to always check to see if our ideas were relevant with our teacher.

3. Goals

3.1. Identify what areas of this goal needs more attention

3.2. Look in different areas of the community that needs our help to improve their strengths and confidence in our country.

3.3. Make sure my goal has a purpose and aim as well as improving community relationships

4. Problems

4.1. A problem that I identified during this assessment was that it seemed like translation was getting lost between both groups.

4.2. We had one cooking class where our refugee group didn't show up, so we saw this as a way to improve our areas of communication.

4.3. Numbers were slowly dropping down with less people showing up to our cooking classes.
