1. Validity

1.1. Make sure the test or assessment is valid for what you are trying to measure. Is it for the right situation and how do you want to use it.

2. Effect

2.1. How will the use of this assessment effect the future. What will it do for the students, the teachers, the school, you.

3. Formative

3.1. To improve instructional methods and student feedback.

4. Summative

4.1. A big assessment usually at the end of the year or at the end of a program assessing overall knowledge.

8. Practice

8.1. Practice is relevant to be able to be assessed and tested on the work that was constantly practiced.

8.2. It needs to be a consistent source of work that will be highly affected by an assessment that will cover most or all agenda.

9. Reliable

9.1. The test needs to be reliable allowing the results to be the same or very similar each time.
