1. Junior doctors are normally in school on a Friday, so they cannot assist the doctors
2. There is a hierarchy, when it comes to meetings.
2.1. The same occupation groups sit with eachother
2.2. Consultants sit at the back row. Registrars on the next row. Junior doctors after them, Nurses pushed to the side.
