2.1.1. We focus on executing our individual goals so we can trust each other is adding value to the group

2.1.2. We try to help others find their strengths within the group so that they can flourish in their work

3. The Law of the Chain

3.1. What is a weak link?

3.1.1. When we focus on the chain of our team we look at how study we are as a whole. If one of us is failing to pull our load then our chain becomes weak. We focus on helping each individual link so we do not break as one.

3.1.2. When we fail to take responsibility individually we weaken the chain

4. The Law of the Catalyst

4.1. Winning teams have players who make things happen

4.1.1. Our team plays off the strengths of our individuals

4.1.2. We encourage our communicators to communicate. We encourage our organizers to organize. We encourage our lovers to love.

5.1. Vision gives team members direction and confidence

5.1.1. We have a meeting each day to talk about our vision. This allows our team to go out and execute the task at hand.

5.1.2. We encourage our team to ask questions when they experience any confusion on the vision because we want them to be confident when approaching their task.

6.1. Rotten attitude ruins the team

6.1.1. Our rule as a company is to always be honest with each other. We want to be positive and want to encourage each other to succeed.

6.1.2. We have a pretty strict policy on being a poor sport. We expect our personnel put others before themselves and not act off of frustrations.

7.1. How do you develop trust?

7.1.1. Our teams trust comes from our members execution. We are big on accountability and the importance of being a reliable teammate.

7.1.2. There are consequences for the failures of our team members. We hold ourselves to a high standard and communicate that standard to each individual

8.1. How can a team reach its potential if it fails to put in the hard work?

8.1.1. The price that comes to become successful is hard work. Things don't just come easy and come out of no where. We have to put in many hours of preparations to make sure when our task presents itself we will be ready.

8.1.2. We know that there will be many growing pains that come with opening a new business. The price tag on this may be conflict and these are things we have to communicate through.

9.1. What Does this mean?

9.1.1. This means that my team is more than just myself and for us to fully accomplish our goals we must come together as one unit

9.1.2. A great example of this is when Matt helped me move in all of the fitness equipment into our facility

10.1.1. We grow by coming in each day with a positive attitude.

10.1.2. We strive to empower each other every day.

10.1.3. We compete against each other each day to create a winning culture.
