5.1.2. Card verification can be done with deducting and refunding $1

5.2.1. Make Product as favourite

5.2.3. Share wishlist in social media

5.2.4. Remove and edit product detail in wishlist

5.3.1. Save product in cart for later purchasing

5.4.3. User should enter old password for creating a new one

5.5. Product Tracking

5.5.1. After making an order for a product, user can track for its status as updated through backend

5.6.1. On cancellation for a product

5.6.2. Amount can be refunded on wallet instantly

5.6.3. Amount can be refunded on bank within 24 working hours

5.7. Promo Codes

5.7.1. Promo codes should be provided to users on various occasions

5.7.2. Promo codes can be sent on mobile number or email address

5.8. Order Cancellation

5.8.1. Order cancellation should be done with a valid reason submitted by user

5.8.2. Help and customer support can be provided prior to cancellation

5.9. Update Email Address

5.9.1. Email can can be updated through a verification process sent on mail

5.10. Orders

5.10.1. Orders menu should also provide access to past, present and complete orders, accessing them from my account is not that much expalinatory

5.10.2. Delayed orders should be differentiated

5.10.3. Option to upgrade order should be present for delivered orders too

5.11. Miscellaneous

5.11.1. Products and Pricing are currently same page, need to differentiate

5.11.2. Option to preview PDF files

6. Business Backend

6.1. Searching, Sorting and Filters

6.1.1. Quick search for a order can be done by unique order ID

6.1.2. Sorting by alphabet and numbers can be applied to table

6.1.3. Filters should be applied on screening also

6.2. Promo Code Management

6.2.1. Admin can generate promo codes with a validity period, unique code and discount percentage with criteria

6.2.2. Promo code can be sent to selected users

6.2.3. Codes can be deleted or edited any time

6.2.4. Admin can reuse the code after expiry

6.3. Order Reports and Summary

6.3.1. PDF Report can be exported for order history
