Approval portable hotspot

1. Modification of the system. Add featuring on portable hotspot on android or iOS.
2. Notify the customers of every devices that trying to connect with the portable hotspot.
3. Add pop-up dialogs to give approval for the devices to connect with the portable hotspot.

5. Cost rate to hire a developer : $15 until $100+ per hour / RM60 until RM400+ per hour

11. People always steal our customer's data portable hotspot as their own, we need to improve our system by having approval from our customer (the owner)!
